Since 2021, in Texas (United States), abortion has become almost illegal. Even pregnancies that are incestuous or caused by rape are now protected. The TX SB8 anti-abortion law therefore came into force on September 1 of the very same year, a terrible, fatal day for the women's fight around the world.

Despite the denunciations, even US President's ire, Joe Biden, and the revealing silence of the Supreme Court (an urgent appeal had nevertheless been filed in extremis on August 30, 2021 to block the text by several associations), nothing worked, the law of men (and some women) passed. Any woman or any practitioner, opting for abortion solutions after six weeks of pregnancy, incurs serious lawsuits, heavy fines and a raw media lynching.
